The salesman. Josh Bunkers was great to work with. He knows his stuff and if he didn't, he would do the research to get the information. He didn't pressure us. We felt comfortable working with him. Such a pleasure!
I know one of the reasons is taking so long is they chose to stop working on it to go to lunch,but if you're working on a project that shouldn't take you more than half an hour you should finish it before taking lunch, not make the customer wait an extra hour because you wanted food.

Another gentlemen sitting in the waiting room with me said he's been here since 8:00 am for new tires to be put on and an oil change. He's been here for 5 hours, way too long for two simple procedures

I brought my car in at 11 am to get new tires put on and to have then balanced. It's now been two hours and they still aren't done. It shouldn't take two hours to put four tires on a car.
They told me at 11:20 that they were just starting on my car, it's 1:20 at the time I'm writing this, counting the hour that they chose not to work on it to go to lunch they've only been actually working on it for an hour, twice as long as it should take to mount and balance tires.
